We’re a little biased but in our view, southeastern Brunswick County offers the best of coastal paradises. Local homeowners are embracing outdoor features that allow them to enjoy their exterior spaces most of the year.

The multi-tiered wrap-around deck in the photo above was designed to be aesthetically pleasing as well as functional. The homeowner found the original stairs from her screen porch to ground level to be too steep and very difficult to navigate. Her deck was designed with slightly wider steps and lower rises and tiers to make the descent to the backyard easiest to navigate. Solar powered post lights and black curved railings add to the appeal of the deck.

If homeowners are spending a fair amount of time outdoors, seating is important. Homeowners have the option to purchase outdoor furniture that goes with them when they move or build seating that remains when you sell the home. The photo below shows the bench built into the deck above.

The photo below shows the dry storage for mowers, wheel barrows and landscaping tools under the deck. The storage area features a ceiling and guttering system to keep the space dry.

Our customers were having to battle bushes and bugs anytime they went to empty the trash or recycling. The photo below displays the surround build to house the AC / HVAC, garbage and recycling.

A privacy screen was added to the cozy screen porch in the photo below.
