Project #1 was a new deck (very pleased) and this latest, #2, was the relocation of 1st floor laundry to the second floor along with change out from traditional hot water heater to an on-demand type. I sent Ozworx a description of my job and was promptly contacted by Ginga via phone. After a short discussion regarding the details of the job I sent a couple of pictures of the area that needed repair. The next day Ginga called with a fair price which was quickly accepted. I received and signed a contract via email with a date specified to perform the work. Owen showed up at the specified time and completed the work, and in fact did “exceed “ my expectations. It doesn’t get much easier than that!
