If you are like most homeowners in our area, you could probably have areas of your home that you would love to update, change or repair to increase your enjoyment of your home.

In the photo of the home on pilings above, the wooden balusters were replaced with black aluminum balusters and solar post caps were added to a number of posts. The rotted wood was replaced, and all the decking boards, framing and posts were stained.

The rotted front stairs were removed and replaced as shown in the photo below. Stone was installed in the areas under the stairs and along the sides of the home.

The photo below shows the re-framed and screened porch with a new screen door. Bent sections of gutter downspouts were replaced.

The stairs at the rear of the home weren’t as exposed to the elements and didn’t have the rot found on the front stairs. New balusters, solar post caps and two coats of stain spruced the back stairs and landing in the photo below up nicely.

The owners of a custom built home were looking for a way to set off the beautiful front entry door they purchased. The custom designed and built entryway shown in the photo below exceeded their expectations.

The fireplace in the photo featured stone that was the same color as the walls, causing the fireplace to fade into the walls. We partnered with the homeowner to design a simple mantle to match the interior trim of the home and set off the fireplace.
